Hop Island Equestrian Centre can be located approximately two kilometres from Douglas village, on the Rochestown Road. Follow the signs for Passage West when leaving Douglas. You will now be traveling on the Rochestown Road heading in the direction of Passage. You will pass the Rochestown Inn on your right hand side, and Hop Island is only another two hundred metres further along on the left. The Equestrian Centre is signposted from here.

Hop Island Equestrian Centre is also accessible via the 223 Bus which leaves from the Parnell Place Bus Station in Cork City centre at regular intervals.
